It's the Weekend on Lake Las Vegas

After 3 weeks here on Lake Las Vegas, here's looking at a beautiful day with 71 degrees and taking it easy for the weekend!

Take Time To Pause and Reflect

After two months of traveling the USA we have taken a break from going from hotel to hotel and take time to pause and reflect on our lives from a distance...  I don't miss commuting to work M-F and find that I really enjoy getting up every morning wondering what the day will bring.

Escape to Zion National Park October 29, 2015

The name "Zion" evokes many images. To the earliest settlers of Springdale, Utah, it described a place with beauty too stunning for mere mortals. To them, Zion was a divine destination and a refuge for men and women seeking a better life. More than 150 years after its founding, Springdale continues to beckon those searching to escape the mundane. Zion provides refuge for visitors from every corner of the globe, and offers experiences unlike any on earth.

Bryce Canyon October 30, 2015

Bryce Canyon National Park /ˈbrs/ is a National Park located in southwestern Utah in the United States. The major feature of the park is Bryce Canyon, which despite its name, is not a canyon, but a collection of giant natural amphitheaters along the eastern side of the Paunsaugunt Plateau. Bryce is distinctive due to geological structures called hoodoos, formed by frost weathering and stream erosion of the river and lake bed sedimentary rocks.
