Toronto, Canada September 2016

Our trip to Toronto, Canada was fabulous!  Our condo was in the best location and right out of an IKEA catalog.  I had to get the manual for the stove out so I could turn it on as everything was by "touch!"  We highly recommend the "Hop On, Hop Off" double-decker bus 2-day tour that included a harbor tour!  We picked the most perfect day to view Toronto from the harbor.  Alan and I toured the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Casa Loma, the Distillery District, and ROM (Royal Ontario Museum) to brush up on our Canadian history.  We easily logged 15,000+ steps each day, although the subway and trolley were easily accessible.  We will be back!

Perdido Key, Florida 2016 Just wanted to share how Alan and I have been spending our time in Perdido Key, Florida, south of Pensacola, Florida.  Even though we are both retired, we can't really figure out how we even had time to work!  Neither of us golf, although we enjoy our early morning walks enjoying the wildlife in Lost Key.  We are only 10 minutes from the Alabama border, yet we wanted to still call Florida our home! I have already started "back to school" at Blue Angel Elementary, where I volunteer in the library.  Many more beach days and places to visit while we are in Pensacola!

We had better enjoy the snow since tomorrow it will be 50 degrees and sunny!  These pictures are from my walk this morning around Lake Keowee where we are renting a condo to see if we really want to live here full time!
